1Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
1A Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number.

2Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
2A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.


3Q Is it safe to use my credit card online?
3A As you complete your order through our online store, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) - the leading data encryption technology on the Internet - to send this personal information in an encrypted code to our servers. Only Tour2Asia can decode your encrypted information. Plus, this encrypted data is stored on a protected server until your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged. (Please do not e-mail your order to Tour2Asia as we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of information transmitted via e-mail.)

4Q May I gift wrap my purchases?
4A For just $3.50 each, Tour2Asia can wrap your items and enclose a personal gift card - just select the gift wrap option during checkout. Please note that gift wrap may not be available on some items. If you have questions about wrapping a specific item, please e-mail us.

5Q How will my order be shipped?
5A Orders at Tour2Asia will be shipped by:
(1) SpeedPost Mail Service provided by HKPS (Hong Kong Postal Service)
(2) For countries and locations not served by the SpeedPost service, we will use Air Mail provided by HKPS to fulfill the orders. Most orders will arrive within one week.

6Q How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
6A Standard shipping takes only 3-4 business days. Express delivery takes 2 business days if your order is placed by 11am EST. Overnight delivery takes just one business day if your order is placed by 11am EST.

7Q May I add any item to my order after I have placed the order?
7A Unfortunately you may not add item(s) after you completed your order. We begin to fulfill your order as soon as it is placed. For logistical reasons, we are not able to honor order modification requests. However, you may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.

8Q How do I cancel an order?
8A To cancel an order, e-mail us or call us. For items in stock, our goal is to process and ship your order as soon as possible. But if you contact us right away, we may be able to stop shipment on your order.

9Q What if my product arrives damaged?
9A In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email us or call us. We will send a UPS carrier to your home to pick up the product at no extra cost to you.
